I decided to participate in the  #100HappyDays Challenge and share the picture story on my blog too. And so here I am with happy stories to show. Come, have a dekho! My personal hashtag is #BlogwatiGSmiles. Yeah, it’s all about ME!

We have the annual Versova Fish Festival in the vicinity. I just about finished the last of the fish items picked from there. Pure delight! And so as a special treat, I don’t have one, or two, but an album of pictures for my happy day today. Enjoy the colours and the aroma of the drool worthy sea food. Bon Apetit!

  1. Beautiful pictures. The dancers look so graceful. Do tell me a little more about this fest. Even though I live in Mumbai, I haven’t ever heard of it!

    1. Thanks, Khushboo. Yes, the event was a wonderful one, indeed.

To give you a tad bit of insight, this Sea Food festival is held every year in the fag end of January. It is an effort of the Koli community that bring their fares for the world to taste over a weekend. It is also held in South Mumbai, Colaba, I believe. It is a grand display of food, festivities and tradition. Make sure you attend, next year 🙂
